I have good news and bad news.  The good news is I found some of the most unusual, creamy, and best tasting ice cream around.  The bad news is now it is virtually impossible for me to ever want to try anything else ever again.  Graeters has been making ice cream since 1870 using the french pot process .  It really is worth a read on how they make the stuff....
