Corazon de Alcachofa

The cool thing about Corazon Alcachofa is the menu.  They wheel it around to you and tell you how many of each item remains in the restaurant.  It is definitely an approach I’ve never seen before, but also gives the feeling that there is not a kitchen full of frozen items waiting to be served, but everything is indeed fresh.

True to the name of the restaurant we tried on of their grilled artichoke hearts.  These were literally finger licking good and fantastic.  They went quick at our table.

Sopa de Mariscos

I don’t remember the name of my soup but I believe it was a creme based seafood soup.  It was really delicious though.

Costillas

These costillas were definitely not your Texan grandfather’s ribs.  They were fall of the bone and delicious, and came with some delicious potatoes.

Corazon de Alcachofa had a lot of well prepared seafood and beef dishes as well as others.  These are just a few pictures from our dinner there.
